The Smart Brain Health Centre was founded by Louise Hallinan in 2014 as a result of writing her first book, "Smart Brain Healthy Brain".

One year later, 'Smart Brain Healthy Brain' won Silver Medal in the 'Living Now' Book Awards (USA) Health/Wellbeing Category, making it an International Award-winning Book. 

Her mother, Alice, suffered with Alzheimer’s disease for many years. The personal experience has given Louise a deep understanding of the devastation caused by this disease. Louise was told by doctors at that time it was hereditary and that she may have a chance of getting it herself. Spurred on by this shock, Louise researched everything she could about Alzheimer’s Disease to find what can be done to possibly avoid or prevent this from happening to her.

Louise co-wrote a research paper in 2003 about Alzheimer's Disease, a copy of which is in the Dementia Australia Library in Sydney.

Louise is a fully qualified and Accredited Nutritionist and Natural Medicine Practitioner and has been working in the health industry for over 20 years.

Louise has been awarded “Highly Commended - Practitioner of the Year” in the ATMS and Nature & Health Awards 2016, as recognition of her work by the Natural Health Industry.

PURPOSE

The Smart Brain Health Centre is the only Natural Health Centre specialising in the Prevention and Treatment of Memory Problems in order to reduce the risk of Dementia and improve Brain Health.

The Purpose of the Smart Brain Health Centre is to reduce the numbers of people being diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease/ Dementia. 

I developed a unique 5 Step Methodology called 'The Prevention Program'.  This comprehensive one-on-one Program was designed to identify and address the causes of memory problems and provide a personalised Treatment Solution.

The Smart Brain Health Centre was a Winner of 3 Awards and a Finalist in 5 Awards in 2020.
